Es wurden keine medizinisch-fachlichen Änderungen am Informationsmodell durchgeführt. Jedoch gab es kleinere Anpassungen im Informationsmodell wegen der Weiterentwicklung bestimmter Modellierungsregeln im Sinne einer Vereinheitlichung der MIOs untereinander, z. B. eine Anpassung einiger Konformitäten ohne Veränderung der Kardinalitäten, so dass die FHIR®-Spezifikation hiervon nicht berührt wird. Es erfolgte eine Änderung (Format-Erläuterungen):

  • von 1...1 R auf 1...1 M und
  • von 1...* R auf 1...* M

Außerdem wurde die aktuellen aktuelle Version der KBV-Basisprofile (1.1.3) verwendet. Dies führte jedoch zu keiner Änderungen Änderung der Modellstruktur.

1.2 Codierung

  • Die LOINC® Version wurde auf 2.7 69 aktualisiert, jedoch waren keine Anpassung Anpassungen nötig.
  • Die SNOMED-CT® Version wurde auf das die Version des International Release vom 31.0701.212021 aktualisiert. Folgende Anpassungen waren dabei nötigDies erforderte folgende Anpassungen:
